To make things simple, I've made this collection of important files here.
These files can be found elsewhere on my website also, but this is a fast way to get the forms etc. you need!

 

Before the 1st year

Old entrance exams

 

1st year

Nursing practice - form that needs to be filled out and signed (and stamped!!) by the hospital where you work/practice.

2nd year

3rd year

Internal medicine practice - form that needs to be filled out and signed (and stamped!!) by the hospital where you work/practice.

4th year

Surgery practice - form that needs to be filled out and signed (and stamped!!) by the hospital where you work/practice.

5th year

The suggested rotations for the 6th year (From the University; this is what they use for the Neptun system to divide the rotations into four "sections")

THE ACCEPTANCE LETTERS:

• For Psychiatry (they have their own)
• For Family Medicine (they ALSO have their own)
• For all the others (Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn and Emergency Medicine; Neurology is done in Budapest), you have to use these TWO forms:
  The first form is one that describes the hospital (number of beds etc.) - Download it here.
  The second form is the one that proves YOU get to do it at that specific hospital - Download it here.

THE LOGBOOKS:

• Internal Medicine 1st Department (if this is where you will do your exam) - Dept 1 also has an info paper.
• Internal Medicine 2nd Department (if you will do your exam at Dept 2)
• Internal Medicine 3rd Department (if you will do your exam at Dept 3; you only need ONE of the three internal medicine logbooks, depending on WHERE you will do THE EXAM!)
• Neurology (your will get all the papers you need from the rotation in Budapest, so don't worry about it!)
• Psychiatry and here is the
• Obstetrics and Gynecology (and you HAVE to have this file also for Ob/Gyn: Word file with the evaluation- you just need the Ob/Gyn from this files)
• Pediatrics
• Family Medicine (this is the updated one!)
• Emergency Medicine
• Surgery + Traumatology (you need to bring BOTH!)
