Histology Midterm - How it was done when I had the test

I have been told that students of the 1st year, 2nd Department of Anatomy, has their midterm on Tuesday Nov 22nd.
Several students have asked me about the format of the test. They have been told about the questions, and (as is the case with Semmelweis) the information is fairly random - depending on which teacher you ask.

We were told that there would be theoretical questions on our first histology midterm. This, of course, turned out to be false.

Therefore, I will explain how out first hitstology midterm was conduced, and hopefully your midterm will be structured the same.
Note! If it turns out you midterm does have theoretical questions on it, don't come running back to me complaining about what I told you here. This is merely what we got on our first histology midterm - when I was in the 1st year.

The entire test consisted of about 100 points. 80 of these were taken from histology, 20 from embryology.
All the questions were related to slides projected on the screen in the lecture hall.
The questions were in the format of:

  Question Answer
Slide 1 What type of cell is indicated by the letter 'A'?
What structure is indicated by the letter 'B'?
What is the area called indicated by '*'?
What type of connective tissue is indicated by the arrow?

Here is one example:
